The D9 dispatch engine is shown with its nine parameters: vehicle type, cargo weight, carrying capability, availability, service areas, driver preferences, past performance, operational behavior and location. Next comes a sample order: a sofa and a fridge from Tel Aviv to Ramat Gan, with a transparent price shown upfront (base delivery ₪280 plus ₪120 for carrying, ₪400 in total; damage cover will be added later). The system ranks the suitable drivers, the best match is assigned, and the customer follows the driver on the map. The video ends with a look ahead: photograph your items, the system recognizes them automatically, and the order is priced and dispatched instantly.
